What is DermWORX?
DermWORX Professional Skincare is a line of premium, non-prescription dermatologic health products, available exclusively through skin health professionals. Our goal is to become a trusted part of your healthy skin routine. You can learn more HERE.
How do I set up an account?
By going to the “Register” button on our homepage, or by clicking HERE. We’ll ask you to provide a little required information and possibly select a local DermWORX Professional. That’s all there is to it!
What is the DermWORX partners network / Why should I select a DermWORX Professional when creating an account?
Skincare is more successful when you have a great team. By selecting or linking your account with one of the skincare professionals in our partners network, you will have access to our best pricing and also will have a great resource offline to help you with your skin health. You can select a DermWORX Professional when registering or HERE
Can I make changes to my account?
Of course! After logging into your DermWORX account, click “MY ACCOUNT” in the upper left corner of the screen to access your profile. Here you can change your account information, mailing addresses, check on orders, change newsletter subscriptions and more. Need help? Contact customer support and we’ll be happy to help you.
I forgot my password! Can you help?
Trouble accessing your account? Access the “LOGIN” screen in the upper left of the website, and click “Forgot your password?” under the login area. Still having trouble? Contact customer support and we will be happy to help you access the site.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order online, or by calling us at 855.337.6967 (M-F 9am-5pm, Eastern Time). Once you place your order, we generally process your order the same business day and your order will ship within 2 days. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Will I pay shipping or tax?
We offer reasonable standard flat rate shipping and expedited 2-day delivery options, which will be calculated for you at checkout. Sales taxes will vary based on your location and will also be calculated for you at checkout.
Do you have an e-mail address in case we have a question?
