DermWORX.com is a website owned and operated by PuraLab, LLC.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase! Products purchased online or by phone may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt when returned in accordance with our Return Policy set forth below.
All returns must be authorized by us and require return authorization. Please read our policy below:
Reasons you can return items:
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if:
Items cannot be returned under our satisfaction guarantee:
- Items were defective, damaged or improperly shipped
- You were not satisfied with the items
We are not responsible for:
- Promotional or special sale items
- You may only return one open unit of any item due to dissatisfaction
Bundled items and sets:
Individual items within sets cannot be returned separately
If you received a special discount for a bundle (i.e. purchasing multiple items together), your refund amount will be the regular price of the item, minus the value of any promotional discount received
Returns and shipping costs:
Items will be subject to return shipping charges
Shipping charges will not be refunded
In the case of defective or improperly shipped items, shipping charges will be refunded if we receive evidence of reasonable shipping costs
How to return items:
Call our Customer Care Team during our normal business hours (9am – 5pm Pacific Time) at 503-885-3960 for a return authorization number
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit
The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns.
- Items that are misused or improperly stored
- Items that are lost, stolen or destroyed after delivery
Customer age restrictions
DermWORX.com allows you to create an account at this site if you are over seventeen (17) years of age. If you are not 18 years of age or above, please exit this site immediately and ask a parent or guardian to create an account.
You must provide the appropriate sales tax exemption or resale certification to qualify for tax exemption. Otherwise, state sales tax will be added for the states in which we have tax Nexus. Tax will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.
Depending on the time the order is placed, we generally process orders the same day they are received and ship within 2 business days. We are dedicated to speedy processing and delivery, but cannot always guarantee specific delivery dates.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
When you click the order submission button, we will present you with a confirmation screen and, if applicable, a confirmation email. Your credit card will not be charged until your items are shipped.
Pricing and Specification
We reserve the right to change prices as we deem necessary, or to correct errors in pricing and/or specifications. Suggested retail prices shown on our website are for reference only.
Freight Damage and Shipment Shortages
Freight terms are FOB shipping. We will gladly assist you with your freight claim. If a shipment is short or damaged, the shortage or damage must be noted on the freight delivery document. Please notify us immediately if you need assistance with your claim.
If you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, you can register for an account on DermWORX.com. You will have an email address/username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information. You are also responsible for keeping such information current, complete, accurate and truthful. Upon creating an account, you agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. If you are accessing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and if you do not have such authority, you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site or Content resulting from such access or use.
PuraLab, LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts and/or refuse service without prior notice upon violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or upon our sole discretion.
You agree that any and all inquiries, feedback, suggestions, ideas or other information you provide us (collectively, “Submissions”) are neither confidential nor proprietary to you. All submissions become the property of PuraLab, LLC upon submission. By making a submission, you give PuraLab, LLC all rights, title and interests, including copyrights, in the Submission. You warrant that all information contained within your Submission is completely your own and not in violation of any right of any third party. You further warrant that such Submission does not constitute or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead us as to the origin of any Submission.

This Web Site as a single entity, and all the material contained on this Web Site, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. This includes but is not limited to logos, trademarks, images, audio and video clips, text, software, and trademarks. The material compiled, organized and presented on this Web Site is the property of PuraLab, LLC and is protected by United States laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks. In exclusion of the limited licenses given below, or as under the applicable law, PuraLab, LLC does not allow the replication, duplication, selling, re-selling, access, modification or exploitation in any form of the material on this Web Site without our prior written consent.
Although we strive to meet obligations set forth in our promotional material, we will not be liable for any failure to perform any such obligations by reasons of acts of God or the elements; acts, delays and failures to act by governmental authorities; riots, insurrections, terrorism, sabotage and war; interruption, suspension, curtailment or other disruption of utilities; or other matters beyond our reasonable control.
